The main aim of our organisation is to promote social change and fight injustices. Over the past year we have worked with many large organisations to initiate conversations around equality and diversity and making the workspace psychologically safe for all employees.
We now offer bespoke unconscious bias and diversity training. The course is very flexible and can run over one session of an hour or many sessions. The sessions are very interactive and involves us working with people of colour in the organisation, to tackle the issues specifically, as well as making the sessions as interactive, engaging and relatable to the business' culture and environment.
